F 1 heiress Tamara Ecclestone is paying $150K a month to rent home overlooking the Bel Air Country Club
Eldest daughter of Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone and former Croatian Armani model Slavica, Tamara Ecclestone, the 28-years old billionaire heiress who already owns a $54 million Chelsea home and $72 million Kensington home will be paying $150,000 a month to rent a house overlooking the Bel Air Country Club. This English-Croatian socialite, supermodel, TV personality and big sister to Britain’s most spoilt girl Petra Ecclestone who owns $85 million Spelling Manor, one of the world’s most expensive home, has plans to stay in her new ultra-expensive rental home for 6-months at the total cost of over $900,000.
Ms Ecclestone, who was recently devastated after dumping her lover Omar Khyami of over two years after a sleazy sex tape of him surfaced, is hoping that dropping $150k a month will certainly help her make a fresh start after the painful breakup.
Speaking about the completely rebuilt, luxurious rental home, it was last sold in 2011 for $14.9 million, and now boasts 11 bathrooms, meticulously maintained gardens, lawns, a large sized pool, a conservatory, a dining room, 2-storey library, a screening room, wine cellar, and staff apartment sited on a space of 1 acre.
Reportedly, the billionaire dollar gal Tamara also quickly enlisted an army of movers and decorator to outfit the place to her taste.
Besides, we have also seen some of the most expensive rental homes including the Astor Suite at the Plaza in New York asking for $165,000 per month, Kate Winslet’s Chelsea apartment for rent at $30,000 a month, Frank Gehry’s New York penthouse at $60,000 per month, the apartment in the Waldrof Astoria tower on 50th East Street commanding $135,000 a month, and recently the Diet Coke’s new Creative Director Mark Jacobs’ 40 Mercer Street Condo which was made available for rental at $37,500.
