Over the times, we have seen various sturdy and utilitarian wine racks like the Esigo contemporary wine racks with a gold finish, the Fort Knox wine rack in gold, and the wine racks made from old wine barrels, to name a few, that not only stores and organizes the pricey wine bottles of the collectors and connoisseurs, but also add royalness to their collection. But, this time what we have got is something very unusual and over the top, a 1,000-pound, six-foot, Transformer look-alike wine rack made from the old transmission parts from the used automobiles and motorcycles, that will not only guard your priceless 32 bottles of wines like a boss, but will make you the talk of your wine club.
Developed by a 33-year old Arizona-based lighting salesperson, Clifford Wong actually put up an advertisement on classified advertisement website Craigslist last week for a 6-foot transformer-style wine rack that can securely hold 32 bottles of wine. Apart from featuring an array of mock armaments, this transformer wine rack sports LED lights that have been carefully wired into the body and adorn the legs, the top shoulder gun and the other areas of this beastly looking creation.
Further, all parts of this particular wine rack has been artistically welded together, and then this stunning piece of work have been dipped into a chemical solution to neutralize and remove any of the remaining oil, chemicals or grime, making sure that there no corrosive material are left. The entire piece was then painted gun metal grey and then clear coated.
And, according to the description found on the Craigslist, there are even parts on the statue that are stamped with the ‘Ford’ logo.
