The new 2011 Airstream Avenue Class B motorhome is a true home away from home on wheels. Built on the powerful Chevrolet 3500 Series Express chassis with a L96 V8 engine and 6L90 transmission, the Avenue offers a towing capacity of about 8,000 pounds. It’s the only motorhome from Airstream to come with side impact air bags. The 2011 Avenue seats seven, sleeps two and comes with Ultraleather seating and stainless steel appliances. Swiveling front captain chairs are designed in a way so that the meals can be enjoyed at a central table for four. The touring coach takes care of your entertainment with a 19-inch flat panel HD LCD/DVD that’s pre-wired to accept a satellite dish.
