This palace is mainly used for promotion of public relations which is why it's called 'Promotion Palace'. Prince Al-Waleed lives in a sand colored palace in Riyadh. The palace’s 317 rooms are laced with 1,500 tons of Italian marble, silk oriental carpets, gold-plated faucets and more than 500 TV sets. Spread over 400,000 square feet, the palace also boasts a soccer field, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool and a 45-seat basement cinema.

The Saudi Prince purchased this humongous house in 2009. The house itself is spread across 21,528 sq. ft. in addition to 173 acres of land which includes orchards, flowering terraces, vegetable gardens, ancient greenhouses, a caretaker's cottage and a farm building. The renowned Castel of Castagneto Po, located on the slopes of the famous Turin hills, is one of the most fascinating dwellings in Europe as well as the venue of exhibitions and events of special artistic interest.

Prince Alwaleed Bin talal invested in the majestic Seychelles Resort, which is completely managed by Kingdom Hotel Investments Group, which is a subsidiary of the “Kingdom Holding Company”. The Prince’s resort project was launched after his business group bought prominent properties in Middle East, Asia, Europe and North Africa. The ultra-luxury resort is estimated to be worth $145 million.

Location: The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is located in the heart of Yorkville, the poshest area in Toronto, Canada.

Accommodation: The hotel features 259 total guest rooms of which there are 42 suites. The 55 stories high rise building also features 30,000 sq ft Spa and Jacuzzi center.

The Premier guest rooms (515 sq.ft each) are located from 10th to 21st floors (view: south, north, east, west views of the city, sweeping from different rooms).

The Deluxe guest rooms (515 sq. ft each) are located from 4th to 8th floors (view: garden and city).

The Superior guest rooms (500 sq. ft each) are also located from 4th to 8th floors (view: city).

Any room in this spacious hotel offers complimentary children and bay toiletries,and baby plush bathrobes.The hotel also features 12 function as well 5 pre-function and overflow rooms, thus occupying a total of 1,331 square meters.

The yacht which appeared in the movie Never Say Never Again as the Flying Saucer was bought by the Prince from Donald Trump after his second bankruptcy in 1991 for just $40 million. The yacht was built in 1980 by the yacht builder Benetti at a cost $100 million. Originally named as Nabila, the yacht was one of the largest in world at the time of its commencement. Later, when Donald Trump bought it for $29 million from the Sultan of Brunei, he renamed it Trump Princess after retrofitting it. The origins of it’s latest name can be traced back to the Prince’s investment company, Kingdom Holdings, his lucky number 5 and the initials of his children (K and R).

Features: The 5-deck yacht has all the latest luxuries like a disco, cinema, a helipad and a pool with water jet on top. The exterior architecture has been designed by Jon Bannenberg and initial interiors were done by Luigi Sturchio.

Accommodations: It has 11 opulent guest suits and many other luxurious rooms, which can accommodate up to 22 passengers in addition to 31 qualified crew.

Specs: It has two main engines which pump a total power output of 6000 HP. The yacht reaches a top speed of 20 knots, and cruising speed of 17 knots. It has a range of 8500 miles which it can cruise at a speed of 17 knots. 

Prince Al-Walid is investing $500 million for a new giga-yacht, The New Kingdom 5KR. This 557 feet yacht would be the third largest yacht in the world upon completion and would rival the best in terms of luxury and opulence.It is set to be delivered by 2014 to its owner.

When ready in 2012, the Airbus A380 personalized for Prince Al-Walid will be the world’s largest private jet. The ‘Flying Palace’ will have a Turkish bath for four, a concert hall, a boardroom equipped with holographic screens and not to mention ample parking space for the Saudi Prince’s Rolls-Royce.
