This palace is mainly used for promotion of public relations which is why it's called 'Promotion Palace'. Prince Al-Waleed lives in a sand colored palace in Riyadh. The palace’s 317 rooms are laced with 1,500 tons of Italian marble, silk oriental carpets, gold-plated faucets and more than 500 TV sets. Spread over 400,000 square feet, the palace also boasts a soccer field, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool and a 45-seat basement cinema.

Saudi billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, a global investor and the largest single foreign investor in the U.S. economy, who has owned shares in Apple for 16 years now recently purchased the iconic Four Seasons Hotel, Toronto, for an astonishing price of $200 million on 17th of November, 2012 through Kingdom Holding Investment Group, the investment vehicle of by Al-Waleed Bin Talal.
Location: The Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is located in the heart of Yorkville, the poshest area in Toronto, Canada.
Accommodation: The hotel features 259 total guest rooms of which there are 42 suites. The 55 stories high rise building also features 30,000 sq ft Spa and Jacuzzi center.
The Premier guest rooms (515 sq.ft each) are located from 10th to 21st floors (view: south, north, east, west views of the city, sweeping from different rooms).
The Deluxe guest rooms (515 sq. ft each) are located from 4th to 8th floors (view: garden and city).

Saudi prince and serial investor Al-Walid owns a 282-foot yacht called Kingdom 5KR. The yacht which appeared in the movie Never Say Never Again as the Flying Saucer was bought by the Prince from Donald Trump after his second bankruptcy in 1991 for just $40 million. The yacht was built in 1980 by the yacht builder Benetti at a cost $100 million. Originally named as Nabila, the yacht was one of the largest in world at the time of its commencement. Later, when Donald Trump bought it for $29 million from the Sultan of Brunei, he renamed it Trump Princess after retrofitting it. The origins of it’s latest name can be traced back to the Prince’s investment company, Kingdom Holdings, his lucky number 5 and the initials of his children (K and R).
Features: The 5-deck yacht has all the latest luxuries like a disco, cinema, a helipad and a pool with water jet on top. The exterior architecture has been designed by Jon Bannenberg and initial interiors were done by Luigi Sturchio.
Accommodations: It has 11 opulent guest suits and many other luxurious rooms, which can accommodate up to 22 passengers in addition to 31 qualified crew.

Prince Al-Walid is investing $500 million for a new giga-yacht, The New Kingdom 5KR. This 557 feet yacht would be the third largest yacht in the world upon completion and would rival the best in terms of luxury and opulence.It is set to be delivered by 2014 to its owner.
