Born Anne Beau Cox Chambers has an estimated net worth of $15.4 billion as of April 2014 according to Forbes. A nonagenarian, Anne Cox Chambers could easily be the oldest member of the billionaires club. With 98% ownership, she is the primary owner of the privately held media company, Cox Enterprises, which makes for the majority of her $13 billion fortune. Her company has television stations and publishes newspapers like The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Palm Beach Daily News. The Cox enterprises were founded by her father, James M. Cox, who was a Democratic candidate for president in 1920. A patron of art, James Cox has a wing named after her in Atlanta's High Museum of Art. She has been married twice and has three children. The most famous of her child is the actor, dancer and choreographer James Cox Chambers. She has also served as the director on board of Coca-Cola and has been a national ambassador to Belgium.   Cox Chamber is an alumna of Finch College and a generous financial supporter of the Democratic Party. Chambers inherited her trusts and—after the deaths of her brother and sister—the largest ownership stake in Cox from her father, James M. Cox Sr., a former Ohio governor and 1920 Democratic presidential nominee. She is a self confessed Francophile, who also owns a home in Provence. An avid gardner, Chambers has been elected as the president of Peachtree Garden Club. She is also very fond of dogs and has as many as seven of them, with one of them named as Missy.
