The house was then built from scratch by her building contractor father Michael Tisdale at a cost of about 4 million USD. Almost the entire interior decoration of the house has been done by the star herself.

Location: The house is situated in the Toluca Lake area in downtown Los Angeles, California just a few miles away from Hollywood.

Accommodation: The house offers a carpet area of 3500 square feet and is complete with a master bedroom, one living room, one dining area, a modern kitchen and 2 bathrooms. An entire room is used to store her personal belongings like designer clothes and luxury bags. Bizarrely, a small room serves as an office cum shoe store room.

The outdoor swimming pool and backyard are designed in a kitschy Mexican style Expensive yellow-white marble has been used to construct the modular Italian kitchen which has been fitted with several expensive gadgets. A customized Louis Vuitton coffee table decorated with a pricey quartz crystal occupies pride of place in the living room. . The star prefers to de-stress herself in the indoor spa. The actress loves to bond with her friends by watching movies with them in the house’s home theater system. The entire house is shielded from the harsh Californian sun by the latest climate control system.

Neighborhood:  Tisdale has a great choice of A-list Hollywood celebrities like Hilary Duff, Brooke Burns and George Lopez to choose from to provide her company in her neighborhood.

Posing for InStyle magazine, Ashley showed off her new Quatrefoil ring from the David Yurman jewelry company which is known for its twisted sterling-silver ropes, 'cable jewelry'. The ring is a 18k yellow gold Cable one a pave diamond quatrefoil along with a double shank.

Another casual moment saw Ms.Tisdale step out into a 'hot' afternoon, wearing the awesome Gothic Dress from Motel Rocks. A lot of edgy, feminine detailing has gone into this bodycon dress with sleeveless styling and sporty shoulders.

During another photoshoot for InStyle, Ashley adorned her feet with a T-strap platform sandal from Miu Miu. Completely made of leather, this 4.5-inch heel sandal arrives from the house of Prada, packaged as an affordable line which has been named after the nickname of Miuccia Prada!

When Ashley stepped out in complete black towards her black SUV, one could not help noticing the perfectly matching black Celine Boston bag. The feminine bag made keeping the current style in mind comes from the kitty of designer Celine Vipiana. She founded Cline, the French Luxury house which makes women's clothing and accessories.
