The Aston Martin DB7 GT is a mid-sized luxury vehicle which was once produced by iconic British auto manufacturer of high-performance cars Aston Martin who's celebrating 2013 as its centenary year. The DB7 was renowned for its endurance while traversing large distances and aptly deserved the title of “Grand Tourer” bestowed to it. The car possessed just the perfect cocktail of drop dead exterior looks, luxuriously styled interiors, superb on road performance and several hi-tech on board electronic systems. A little more than seven thousands of these beauties were manufactured during the DB7’s production run stretching from 1994 to 2004, making it the most mass produced model of an Aston Martin in history. The most basic version of the DB7 costs around $140,000. The price can shoot up to $170,000 for the most advanced version of the car sporting all optional luxury features.

The DB7’s luxuriously styled interior provided just the perfect foil to its glamorous exterior. The interiors are very spacious offering ample legroom ,head space and were provided a generous mixture of carbon fiber, high end leather along with an extensive dark oak veneer trim level. The seats have been lined with premium hand stitched Alcantara leather and the floors are covered with Wilton carpets. The controls of the DB7 are easy to operate and have been designed as per ergonomic design principles. A powerful climate control system shields the passengers from extreme weather climatic conditions. A music player fitted with a surround sound system along with an inbuilt FM radio constitutes the infotainment system.

The Aston Martin DB7 GT is a two-door luxury car. Customers could opt for any one of the two distinct flavors, the “coupe” and “convertible” style. The convertible version was also known as the “Volante” and came fitted with a fold able cloth sunroof. The DB7 sports a very aggressive exterior stance and the presence of large headlights, a prominent wire mesh grille, bonnet vents along with metallic paint finish provide it with a generous dash of style as well. The DB7 was one of the few models of the Aston Martin in the modern era to sport a unitary steel chassis, and was launched in a variety of color options like Vertigo Blue, Metallic Nero Black and Silver Gray.
