Designer A.Kahn gives the Range Rover a ‘military’ makeover
After we had seen Project Kahn Rolls Royce a couple of years back, the Range Rover SUV receives a makeover under this project, now being called the ‘Military’ edition. Designed by Afzal Kahn, this luxury SUV receives several additions on the exteriors and interiors, which would be fit for being used by the military, but is meant for the rich consumer who likes being extra secure. Though a lot of the original form has been retained, but the additions quite the stylish element to the SUV.

Ferrari announces exclusive collector car club for those who own multiple Ferraris
Built on the concept of private clubs, Italian car maestro Ferrari has now created a special private club, of those elite Ferrari owners, who own more than a single model of these cars. This step comes keeping in mind that, most of Ferrari vehicles are made in limited edition production runs, and a large number of loyal customers and collectors, do not get the chance to own some of them. Recent such instances include the models like SA Aperta or the 599 GTB, both of which were easily sold out before being known to these specific collectors.

Crashed Ferrari Coffee Table is a controversial art piece

One of the popular auto trends with auto enthusiasts is furniture made from original car parts. But, designer Charly Molinelli of Molinelli Designs has gone a little farther with his crashed car furniture range, which might baffle the die-hard car lovers. The designer’s “Crashed Ferrari Table” has put the car scrap to a better use then letting it get the junkyard treatment.

German tuner Wiesmann introduces its MF5 BMW V8 model in stealth finish for $250,000
One look at the Wiesmann Roadster MF5 and you get the feeling that it’s the distant cousin of the SR-71 Blackbird. The imposing appearance of this stealthy roadster is the handiwork of a German car wrapping company, SchwabenFolia. Their crew has managed to do a remarkable job on the exterior of the MF5 that justifies its name ‘Black Bat’.

Bugatti unveils 3 models of the Grand Sport convertible for the Dubai Motor Show
Looks the Gulf auto lovers are having a gala time, with the Dubai International Motor Show where all the top-brass of car makers, are introducing special edition models. After the Brabus Mercedes & Range Rover, and the BMW UAE edition series, it’s the turn of Bugatti to launch a limited edition run for its Veyron Grandsport model. Sporting 3 color combos, these special Bugattis will be available as convertible versions of the supercar which became famous for topping the 400 km/ph speed barrier.

BMW to unveil special 40th anniversary UAE edition 7 series
Looks like the premium car makers and allied design firms from around the world, are having a bonanza of sorts at the Dubai auto show 2011. We had earlier talked about the Brabus Mercedes and Range Rover Evoque at the event, and now it’s BMW which will introduce the limited edition 40th anniversary 7 series sedan at this event. This edition is to commemorate the 40 years of the unification of the UAE, and will feature several additions in many parts of the car including the chrome trimming, bearing the occasion.

Tom Mix’s 1937 Supercharged Cord 812 to feature Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance
When one looks back at the previous century, one would find great cowboys, who have become cultural icons in the west, especially within the United States. Some of them even reached a top brass of its elite list, one of which was Tom Mix. After being born in Pennsylvania, Tom Mix worked on his flair on screen and became an iconic cowboy, which was first showed in the 1910 movie ‘Ranch life in the great Southwest.’ After all these years, the iconic star’s personal toy, the 1937 Cord 812 will now be out in the open again, at the Amelia Island Concours d’ Elegance in 2012.

With approximately 182,000 High Net worth Individuals in the country, this is indeed a bonanza of an event both for car enthusiasts and makers. Amongst the most prominent of them will be Brabus, who will showcase a special edition Mercedes Benz ML class (pictured above) for its enthusiastic buyers.
