The comedian Ben Stiller is quiet serious for his cars and owns n Audi Q7 just like actor friends Nikki Reed and Nicole Kidman. He was first spotted in his shining black Audi at the premiere of ‘Iron Man’. His Q7 is equipped with a 'quattro' permanent all-wheel-drive system and FSI-developed engine units. Ben Stiller’s LA estate was in news for a long period of time. He owned a Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood hills, which he bought for $1.825 million in December 1999. Stiller sold a part of it to action hunk Jason Stathom for more than $7 million making a handsome profit on the property. The reason behind this sale is believed to be Stiller’s wariness for ghosts and spirits. He had originally listed this Hollywood hill property for $12.5 million.

The first mansion is spread in the area of 5,334 square feet of living space. The second home has living area of 4,062 square feet. Another part of the grand estate is the guest house with 1,161-square-foot built in 2001.
