Ben Stiller’s LA estate was in news for a long period of time. He owned a Mediterranean-style home in Hollywood hills, which he bought for $1.825 million in December 1999. Stiller sold a part of it to action hunk Jason Stathom for more than $7 million making a handsome profit on the property. The reason behind this sale is believed to be Stiller’s wariness for ghosts and spirits. He had originally listed this Hollywood hill property for $12.5 million.
