The real estate news on Valentine's Day in 2013 was about the 'Die Hard' hero, Bruce Willis, signing a contract to acquire a sprawling apartment for an estimated price of $8.695 million from Adam Clayton. With that, the actor returns to the same neighborhood that he once lived in with ex-wife, Demi Moore. The apartment has been designed by the great architect, Emory Roth, but has undergone celebrity-style modifications since 1993.
