Bulgarian Bentley owners in for unwanted attention

The name itself is enough to stir the emotions of any auto enthusiast. It’s always a great feeling to be in possession of a Bentley car, but for all the 105 Bentley owners in Bulgaria, the luxury motor car might create a little problem. The country’s National Revenue Agency has announced its plans to investigate all the Bentley owners as part of the agency’s fight against tax and income fraud. If any discrepancies between declared incomes and actual assets held are found, the revenue agency will appoint audits. Bentleys are selling for at least £165,000 in Bulgaria. The agency has also investigated owners of luxury yachts and expensive property earlier this year. It turned out Bulgaria is one of the countries in Europe where the number of registered Bentleys is…very high. There is nothing wrong if one has a Bentley as long as they have paid their taxes.
