Celebrity shopping: Tamara Ecclestone’s $161,000 handbag collection
Tamara Ecclestone, a wealthy daughter of a famous father is in news every now and then for her million dollar splurges. Daughter of the fourth richest man in Britain and Formula One racer Bernie Ecclestone, Tamara was loud enough about her purchase of one of the world’s most expensive million dollar crystal bathtub made from a single piece of rock crystal found in the Amazonian rainforest. Yet again Miss Ecclestone is in news for her ample collection of handbags and shoes.
Recently, Tamara claimed that she has numerous handbags costing around $1,61,100. The collection of handbags include more than 20 Hermes Birkin bags, Alexander McQueen clutches and several others. However, the billionaire’s daughter still lags behind Victoria Beckham, who owns 100 Hermès Birkin bags that cost around $2.4 million.
Tamara also revealed that her shoe rack support pairs worth $112,840. The collection includes the best brands like 5 pairs of Ugg boots and more than 100 pairs of Christian Louboutin heels. She also has numerous pairs of custom made shoes from the brands like Jimmy Choo and Gina.
The Formula One racer’s daughter also tells that she has dresses worth $1,612 which have been worn only once and probably will never be worn again in life.
The habit of spending probably runs in the entire family as her sister Petra Ecclestone (above) also was in news for buying the most expensive home at $150 million in US named as The Manor. She recently got married to James Stunt in Rome and her marriage was no less than a royal wedding. She arrived at the venue in Rolls Royce with her father and was decked up in one of the most expensive wedding gowns ever made.
