Celine Dion Selling her Megamansions

Celine Dion Selling her Megamansions
Taking due consideration of the boom in the mansion market, Celine Dion has listed two of her properties for sale at a price of over $100 million. Her Florida compound on Jupiter Island is up for sale for $72 million. This makes it the most expensive listing in the state. This premium property which is more of a resort is spread out in 5.7 acres and includes a 10,000 square foot main house along with several other buildings. The second property up for sale is her private island estate near Montreal. This property was listed last year though Joseph Montanaro, the broker for the property did not wish to elaborate on the price quoted. However, as per reports the listing price for this property is around $28.2 million. Joseph Montanaro quotes interesting reasons for the singer to sell off her properties. According to Montanaro, the singer spends most of her time in Vegas and has visited the Montreal property just once in last two years. The Florida property was her base before she moved on to Vegas, hence the singer has decided to sell off both these mansions. Her lucrative contract to perform in Vegas has been increased till 2019, hence there is no reason for Celine Dion to keep these properties. Despite selling off both these properties, Celine Dion will be having pretty many properties in offering. Besides her home in Vegas, the singer and her family have numerous other properties in U.S and abroad. Her Florida property is the most exclusive and extensive of all that Celine Dion owns. The property has a fitness room, home theater, finished basement and a chef’s kitchen. Over 400 linear feet of ocean frontage makes this property all the more important. The side buildings in this property are all the more elegant and include eight bedroom guest house, tennis house, a beach and a pool house adding to the exclusivity of the property. An arsenal of camera along with guard houses and gates have been build extensively all across the property and according to Montanaro, the buyer of this Jupiter Island property could be a rich Russian or Latin American. This property would be a great bargain for someone who wants privacy.
