On March 2013, Cher has re-listed her luxurious Malibu mansion. Reportedly, the singer wants to set up base in London. The pop icon has earlier listed her Italian Renaissance style mansion in 2009 for a price of $41 million. Originally, built in 1999, the villa is now listed at $45 million. Previous attempts of Cher to sell off the property have come to naught due to its high book value. The interior decoration of the home was done by Cher’s longtime friend Ron Wilson when the property was first constructed. In 2008 the interiors were extensively renovated by famed interior decorator Martyn Lawrence-Bullard after an aborted sale attempt.
