Chris Craft releases the Limited edition Silver Bullet tender yacht
When thinking of mahogany wood classics amongst tender yachts, our thoughts go back to prime examples like the Destino 20 Runabout yacht, and the Strand Craft 39’ tender. But seeing a one in teak wood with silver ascents was something we had to wait for until Chris Craft bought in his limited edition Silver bullet tender yacht. Produced in a limited set of just 150 units, speed boating will go greater depths of aesthetics and power packed performance in the waters, with this 20-footer tender vessel. Seems like the ideal toy for those looking to make something of their cruising journey at sea.
As the name says, the fitting seems almost perfect for this vessel. Featuring a custom created silver paint on the hull, with polished teak wood paneling and ascents, the engine within this tender yachts most that we have seen before. With a top speed of 50.14 knots, traveling is the waters is now on the fast lane, though the makers say a speed of 28.7 knots shall do just about enough to give you a complete riding experience. This is possible because of the Volvo 5.0Gxi 270 HP engine. In terms of aesthetics highpoints, this is a complete teakwood bonanza, as we see the fabrication on the foredeck and hatch inserts, floor, deck railing, swimming platform, footrest, and drinks holder. To match color tones, even the seating has a similar tone of the earthy brown shade, and we might as well add, looks comfortable just like those we find in high-end sports cars. The stainless steel detailing on the inside, especially the steering wheel packs in equal degree of aesthetics.
Talking of the technical high-points, there also is the automatic bilge pump, battery tray with switch, fuel tank fitted with anti-siphon valve, power steering with tilting design, and bow docking lights. There are also options for various engines, apart from pump for inflatables, a convertible top, shades like ivory cream and chestnut thread for the exterior hull and interior sitting area. Since only 150 pieces will ever be out from the factory, there is a 3-year Chris Craft protection package for the Silver Bullet tender, that shall take care of any damages or fault lines in designing.
