Contemporary green surfaces from Michelle Kaufmann Designs

Michelle Kaufmann, quite known for prefab business, is now taking a chance with the green interior products. Her new site features a few green surface designs, which look to be quite enticing. In collaboration with Concreteworks, MKD has listed a contemporary sink dubbed mkPURE and a trendy island/table dubbed mkISLAND. Both the products come in three different finishes, the white (made of concrete with fly ash and recycled porcelain), linen (made of concrete with rice hull), and the gray (made of concrete with fly ash and rice hull). The mkPURE counter features an integral built-in sink/vanity that blends beauty and functionality. The eco-friendly sink is durable and a perfect solution for the earthy-modern bathroom. On the other hand, the mkISLAND saves on space while maximizes beauty and flexibility. As a table, it can easily accommodate 4 people. As an island, it is the perfect countertop for preparing, mixing, and cooking while connecting to the living space. The mkPURE and mkISLAND are being offered through Concreteworks. Pricing starts at $1,950 and $5,250 respectively.
