Crystal Rocked and its relationship with Apple products has indeed been a ‘blinged’ one. The prime testimonies include the Swarovski studded iPad 2 case, and the Swarovski iPhone 4. Now they have moved on to gold and chrome to do the honors with their new bumper cases for the iPad 2. Using these precious metals, they have ensured a fashionable look and easy portability for your gadget.
These bumper cases for the iPad 2 come with a single frame design with an aluminum base, which is dipped in liquid gold or chrome to give it the durability and also rugged form to the frame. After the coatings turn more solid, it is then polished and smoothened to perfection in order to match their high standards. However, such a procedure does not allow the casings to be heavy by any means. They are rather light, sleek, and convert the already good looking gadget into a stand-out one.
The fitting of the bumper cases are equally easy too, and allow for access to all of the buttons and ports on the side of the device, while making it more secure against overall damage. The pricing for these cases are $617 a piece, for both the yellow gold version (pictured on top) and the chrome one too (pictured below).
Keeping with the trend, are the new crystallized iPhone 4 & 4s casings (pictured below), which are available in 24 carat Yellow gold and chromed versions. They have been made in a similar fashion as the iPad 2 bumpers, but are given an additional treatment of crystal studding, which adds up to 200 per casing. The gold version comes with a price tag of $479 each, where as the chrome version is sold for $400 apiece.
