We have earlier told you about extreme PC cases to pimp up your high-end computer gaming setup; from aesthetic PC designer cases to mean machines, a different piece for different breed of computer geek. And the latest is the PurePC “Pure Luxury PC” for those who prefer the hardcore style. The chassis fabricated by Darwin Machines adopts a minimalistic approach with a layered, open and precision-engineered chassis. The machine houses Intel i7 990x overclocked to 5ghz, fitted to the Asus X58 Rampage III motherboard with two Nvidia GTX 580s. The need for speed is achieved with 12GB or 24GB, two terabytes of Western Digital hard drives and a pair of Kingston V+ Solid State drives. The price for this mean machine starts at $9,500, clearly not meant for every budget/taste. But, for those interested in buying one, the price tag includes a limited 1- to 5-year hardware warranty in addition to remote and phone support.
