Most Expensive Home

We have seen many expensive homes with the most sumptuousness features like a bowling alley and a private cinema or French chateau-style mansion in Silicon Valley. Recently, from the list of the classy houses, we have witnessed the sale of the most expensive home in the U.S.

The mansion, amid the lavish surroundings, has been sold to the daughter of a British billionaire and Formula 1 Chief Bernie Ecclestone Petra by the ex owner Candy Spelling (the widow of TV producer Aaron Spelling). The house that dubbed the most expensive in the US has exclusive feature like the French château-style home and has a double staircase inspired by ‘Gone with the Wind’.

The house named as “The Manor” is spread on 4.7 acres and has a suite named for England’s Prince Charles. The house beats the most lavish building in the country that is the White House, in terms of the square footage and number of rooms. The house includes 14 bedrooms, a gift-wrapping room, a bowling alley, beauty salon and parking for 100 cars.

The rich daughter of Chief Bernie has no trace of the purchase of the grand mansion in her Twitter account. The house costs $150 million and stands ahead of the World’s most expensive home in U.S. that costs $ 140 million and is now the second most expensive house.
