David Lloyd recreates his on-court magic with signature home series
During the '70s and '80s, David Lloyd and his brother John served the UK by serving many an aces on the tennis court. However, during the 2nd half of David’s career, he lent his good name to some good business use by creating David Lloyd signature homes. Making progress over the past few decades, that name has now become a notable entity in the space of luxury housing, especially after their luxury projects in Thailand. Creating a sub-entity called Cape Sawan, David Lloyd has targeted the luxury sea vacationers and most discerning home owners, who have always looked for the most peaceful breaks during their beach side vacations, which also happens to be a specialty of the country.

Using a strict selection procedure for locations, and local partners, the Cape Sawan estate in Phuket, Thailand is suppose to be the premium brass of the David Lloyd signature properties. With equal benefits for the partnering intuitions, there is complete guarantee and safety for most deposits that have been invested as well as, for the premium quality of the properties. It’s no surprise that the premium pricing between $5.5 million to $6.9 million is indeed targeted at niche buyers, though there are a few others available around the range of $300,000 as well. The other motive which apparently has been cleared by the man himself is about filling in a trust deficit gap with international properties agents and the buyers, where these parties haven’t been able to trust each as much. David says,
“My vision with David Lloyd Signature Homes is to combine luxury property and international travel with, above all, trust and confidence. People’s desire to travel and own high quality property in exciting locations exists today as much as ever, perhaps even more so, but they want to do it with total reassurance.”Speaking of the properties there are land plots, ultra-luxury villas, and also resort facilities to look at. Out of the total lot, there are 2 villas which have become quite the favorites with us:
a) Magnolia

Spread over a total area of 20,957 sq ft, this villa is known for its large infinity pool area (6,722 sq ft) and its total layout over 4 levels. What makes it interesting is that method in which the floors blend into another, without having the usual hassles for climbing and moving down between levels. Ultra-modernistic in its décor, the location gives the villa prime spot beside the ocean pristine views, and of course the chance to indulge in beach side activities.
b) Frangipani

Like the Magnolia, this one also features an exotic location, but along the hill side. Occupying an area of 21,042 sq ft, this villa too has been endowed will all the modern amenities like the previous one. Our choice takes a slight bias for this one, because of the alleviated location and the hill-top view of the nearby ocean, which makes it nothing short of nature’s gift to the lucky buyer of this property. Since the infinity pool extends near the exterior boundary, open air views didn’t get much better than this on the island.
