Dmitry Rybolovlev's $8.35M apartment for daughter Ekatrina’s security is another record breaking real estate deal
Russian Billionaire, Mr. Dmitry Rubolovev who made history recently, by buying the most expensive penthouse in New York State’s history, has decided to splurge some more on buying an apartment $8.35 million, but for a purpose. Since his daughter, Ms. Ekaterina will be living in that Central Park West penthouse; she would be under strict security surveillance which will need an entire team on board to be with her. This apartment stands as the accommodation facility for this personal security team of Ms. Ekaterina. When you are the child of one of the most important and richest men in the world, things like these seem to come as a package.

Unlike most billionaires from Russia, Mr. Rubolovev isn’t very all that popular in the media, but the similarity seems to exist when it comes to security arrangements. It is now well established that their breed of people are always on the lookout of their enemies, hence security becomes a life-and-death issue for them. Now that his daughter lives in the United States, and continues to be in the circle of enthusiastic equestrians, he needs to ensure that she is secure at all times, with the help of an entire team to keep a watch on her. The purchase of the $8.5 million apartment just below the penthouse is actually for this purpose, as the team would be housed in it. As per contract details known, the entire purchase has meant that Mr. Rybolovev will be shelling out close to $96 million, much for his daughter’s comfort and pleasure.
In terms of facilities, this apartment in known to enjoy north, south and western side exposures to the rather attractive skyline of the city. Other amenities coupled are the washer/dryer facilities, a corner living room, and also a powder room for getting the team ready to perform their duties. There is also the added benefit of a master bathroom, which will have state of the art facilities such as the Jacuzzi which help the team relax and freshen up throughout the day. Though a large number of people today would satisfy themselves with this apartment alone, we guess Ms. Ekaterina (pictured inset) needs the ‘extra-care’ which is worth millions of dollars.
