Dodge Viper SRT-10

Dodge Viper SRT-10

Having spun a legend around itself during its two decade rule as the abashed spirit of rebellious young America, the Dodge Viper “as we knew it” came to an end in 2010. Even though the Viper moniker was continued by the new Fiat regime, the iconic Dodge nameplate was dropped once and for all though the company gave a few lucky Dodge fans the chance to own the last of the legendary vehicles. Thus, the Dodge Viper SRT10 Final Edition came into being and was produced in a super limited edition of just fifty, twelve of which were in American Club Racer (ACR) guise, eighteen were roadsters and twenty were coupés. The ACR package was basically a performance enhancing package for the coupe itself and was intended more for track racing though it was fully street-legal. What made this package even more special was the fact that it could be boosted further with a Hard Core package dubbed the ACR-X that was purely a track-use only model.

In the cabin, the 2010 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Final Edition came with black Alcantara and leather upholstery with custom red accent stitching, individually numbered plaques situated on the shifter bezel, six-point harness pre-fabrication, full power accessories and unique Viper Final Edition floor mats. The black tone with race-inspired seats complemented the red accents on the unique floor mats. The same hue of red was repeated on the surrounds on the gauge cluster. The center stack bezel was fitted with bright stainless steel screws to highlight the dashboard. Other premium goodies inside the 2010 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Final Edition’s cabin included air-conditioning, a tilting steering wheel, a CD player with seven-speaker sound system, keyless entry and power-adjustable pedals.

Exterior

All the variants of the 2010 Dodge Viper SRT-10 Final Edition were given the best of the Dodge legacy and their exteriors carried two decades’ worth of sentimentality. The exterior thus was given unique badges all around the side sill the Coupe with ACR getting a black windshield and all three variants getting the all too familiar red outlines black center stripe on the Graphite Clear Coat paint finish. Six-spoke Anthracite wheels were standard on the Coupe and Roadster and black 'Sidewinder' five-spoke wheels were offered as the factory fitting on the American Club Racer configuration. The mammoth forged aluminum alloy wheels sported Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 345/30R19 tires at the rear and Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 275/35R18 tires up front.
