Dottling’s Bel-Air collection gets a custom made Magnus safe for a watch collector
We have seen the best of luxury safes from the high-end German safe maker Dottling, including “Colosimo,” the world’s smallest safe and “The Skeleton,” a custom made masterpiece for one of his hi-end clientele. The latest in its Bel-Air collection, custom made for the individual users, is designed to house luxury watch collection of one of its elite customers from Azerbaijan.
The handcrafted unique piece called “A Magnus for Azerbaijan” is a high-security safe that inherits the luxury details and craftsmanship in its signature style. The luxury safe features interiors made of glossy lacquered burled poplar, inlay doors, leather-stitched fillings, and five illuminated windows to display its client’s luxury watches on presentation stands. Another ten drawers offer room for as many as 210 watches on hand-sewn cushions. The new Magnus also boasts a secret compartment that can only be opened via a hidden trick mechanism, a high-security lock with a silent alarm and assault alarm function to serve as a personal vault. There is no word on how much it has cost to this gentleman from Azerbaijan, but whatever it would be, its sure nothing in comparison to the luxury watches that are on display in it.
