The $2,150,000 which the pad cost them seems to be a small price to pay compared to leaving a huge carbon footprint! The house stands on the same property as the 1903 Ojai Foothills Hotel which planted Ojai on the tourist map.

Location: This massive mansion is located in Ojai town which is part of the Ventura County, California.

Accommodation: With 4,177 square feet of living space, the green mansion allows for luxurious living as well. It has 4 bedrooms with 4.5 bathrooms. There is also a separate guest house attached to the home.
