Noted auctioneer Christie’s at its upcoming Magnificent Jewels sale starting from December 10 at Rockefeller Center, will be presenting an expanded selection of fine jewelry, offering something for every budget. Featuring over 300 lots, this blockbuster sale besides offering solutions for special gifts for the holidays and long-term investment options for the devotees of fine period jewels, will offer wide selection of engagement rings, starting from $2,000 to $7 million. The auction house has earlier set a record for Lily Safra’s “The Hope Ruby” sold at $6,742,440 to become the most expensive ruby ring sold at auction.
Magnificent Diamond Ring by Graff
Estimated Price: $7,000,000 – $10,000,000
This magnificent diamond ring by Graff Diamonds, is one the most expensive engagement rings ever. The Graff diamond ring is set with a dazzling 50.01 carat rectangular-cut diamond, and is bordered on either side by a tapered baguette-cut diamond, mounted in platinum.
Three-Stone Emerald Ring
Estimated Price: $475,000 – $550,000
This 3-stone emerald ring is set with a 8.51 carat cushion-cut emerald, and is bordered on either side by 2 small-sized cushion-cut emeralds, to the special single-cut diamond shoulders, mounted in platinum.
Colored Diamond Ring
Estimated Price: $1,800,000 – $2,500,000
This colored diamond ring comes set with a fancy rectangular-cut 30.03 carat vivid yellow colored diamond, and is bordered on either side by a brilliant trapeze-cut diamond, mounted in platinum and 18k gold.
