Aeroyacht 110 to become the largest composite multihull in the world

Yacht builder Wally is expected to bring out a new Aeroyacht 110, a superfast 33.5-meter catamaran equipped with a personal exploration airplane by 2011. The supremely styled world yacht will be one of the largest composite multihulls in the world at full speed of 35 knots. Designed by Gregor Tarjan, founder and president of Aeroyacht Ltd., the craft will come fitted with a two seat Icon A5 amphibian sports plane, launched and retrieved from a specially designed pod. With multihull designers of world record catamarans such as Playstation and the US America’s Cup contender Stars and Stripes handling the naval architecture, the Aeroyacht 110 is bound to be the best choice for ocean passages.
