Amniosense chaise lounger with built-in LCD
The hi-tech loungers have added a whole new meaning to lounging around by embedding multimedia abilities with relaxation features. The latest addition in the list is "Amniosense" chaise lounger by two designers, Paolo De Lucchi and Emanuele Rodella. The luxury lounger packs in hi-end electrostatic loudspeakers for the mid-high frequency and a cylindrical subwoofer for mid-low frequency, and a touchscreen LCD panel to control the audio system, video and LED lighting. And you can connect it to your iPod and Wi-Fi to play your favorite music.

The lounger features a central shell in blanched oak wood with an aluminum profile. The upholstery is done in cotton or Alcantara. Featured here is a prototype; let’s see if it will go into production in near future or remain a concept like the tons of other geeky loungers we have seen in the past.
