Artega GT sports coupe coming next year for US $103,000

Today seems to be the day for the wealthy car enthusiasts all around the world. Pricing has been announced for the Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet, 2008 Limited Edition Boxster and the Boxster S and now, it's the powerful Artega GT for which the pricing has been announced. The Artega was designed by Henrik Fisker, the very same person who penned Aston Martin DB9. The sports car's prototype was one of the major attractions at the 2007 Geneva auto show this March. The 1100kg Artega GT is powered by Volkswagen's 3.6 liter FSI V6 that deliver around 300HP. The top speed is said to be at 270kmh and it takes less than 5 seconds for the car to get the 0-100kmh sprint. Limited to 500 units, the Artega GT will sell for around $103,000.
