Diddy’s Robinhood act - $1 million giveaway to the crowd
The super rich literally do throw away their money, from flashy gadgets to lavish parties; the uber-rich celebrities are indeed tameles. While we have earlier told you about Roman Abramovich’s $52,000 lunch, and then there was Oprah’s iPad giveaway to her studio guests last year, and the year 2011 has been so far about Sean Diddy and his opulent lifestyle or so does it seem. The legendary singer has always been in the news for his opulent lifestyle and wild ways, including his $3m birthday bash, spending £80,000 on booze and vacationing aboard the iPad-controlled superyacht Solemates, but the latest is Diddy’s $1 million giveaway to the crowd. The raining cash gig happened in a Miami club when he was attending the birthday of rapper Rick Ross. Now all eyes are set for Diddy’s grand Super Bowl Fantasy Party scheduled on February 5, 2011 before the Super Bowl Game with DJ Clinton Sparks.
But, we truly prefer Warren Buffet’s and Bill Gates way of pledging their wealth for charity.
