Did you ever wondered, what kind of a toast , an uber-rich might have in his breakfast...if you are expecting me to say, one with gold-layer on it...then..no ridiculous suggestion please! Ok..timeup! How about one with a £5,000 jam on it! The jam maker F Duerr & Son has marked its 125th anniversary by producing the world's most expensive marmalade for £5,000 a jar. The fine cut Seville Orange Marmalade is made-up of whisky, champagne and cold mixed with the finest Seville fruit with vintage Dalmore 62 whisky from Whyte & Mackay (worth £32,000 per bottle), topped off with a splash of Pol Roger Cuvee Sir Winston Churchill 1996 vintage champagne and garnished with flakes of 24-carat gold leaf. Whew!! The expensive spread comes encased in a custom-made crystal jar valued at £1,100. Each resulting spread would cost £76 to cover a single slice of toast. So, want to taste the riches folks..!!
