Elipson Planet L speakers are a treat for your eyes and ears
If you are on the hunt for a good looking, technologically advanced pair of spherical speakers, you might want to consider the Planet L speakers from French speaker manufacturer Elipson. The Planet L is the revival version of the Elipson spherical speaker, and combines high-end design and meticulous aesthetics. The speakers feature a coaxial 2-way speaker with 25mm soft dome tweeter and 165mm treated paper-cone mid/woofer. The claimed frequency range is 48Hz to 20,000 Hz with 90dB sensitivity and 6-ohm impedance.
Weighing in at 15.4lbs/7kg, the beautiful speakers can be ordered with the optional stands that were designed specifically for Planet L speakers by the Elipson team of designers. Available in three different flavors - red, white and black – the Elipson Planet L speakers are available for £599 (about $965) a pair.
