Gibson announces five special-edition guitars for 2010

Pankaj Goswami / Mar 3 2010

In the world of musicians, Gibson Guitars has always produced ecstatic instruments that would create music that was not possible otherwise. Further extending their legacy, Gibson Guitars have joined their creativity to present us with five special-editions to be released this year. The new releases in the pipeline include a Slash Appetite for Destruction Les Paul named after the Guns N' Roses guitar player and their 1980s album. Another one in the making is the Randy Scruggs Advanced Jumbo and the Sammy Hagar Red Rocker Les Paul along with 50th anniversary models of the 1960 ES-335 guitar and the Les Paul Standard instrument. There’s something about Gibson that makes them the epitome of form and function in electrics in a manner unique only to these masterpieces, but you probably would have guessed what a limited edition Gibson costs.
