Luxury Condos Planned For LA Luxury Hotel

Marriott International, Inc., has entered into an agreement with KB Urban, one of the US homebuilders and AEG to open two luxury hotel properties and private residences at the L.A. Live sports and entertainment district which is currently under construction in downtown Los Angeles. TraveldailyNews reports, 'The 2 million square foot property will include the Los Angeles Marriott Marquis, and The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles, a boutique hotel.' The residential condominiums will be developed above the hotel by KB Urban known as The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles. The properties are scheduled to open in 2010.
