Nintendo unveils The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary 3DS with gold accents

For over 25 years, Nintendo has been creating waves in the gaming world with its various offerings, most famous of them being The Legend of Zelda. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the video game, Nintendo has created the limited edition gaming console, which has been decorated with gold artwork on the cover. Accompanying the exclusive set will be a special copy of the game ‘The legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time 3D’, created specifically for this 3DS gaming console.

With the Christmas season creeping up, ideas for gifting seem to be on the large. For those who like exclusive memorabilia, and have a liking for video gaming, it just couldn’t be more royal than this. The console is known to have handiwork of gold on its cover, which are in comprehensive detail, on the glossy black surface. This gives it an art piece like finishing, hence would be something one could show off as well. On the technical front, there is the additional 3D capability, which would that the legendary game with all features, can now be viewed and played in details never really seen before. For the superior gaming experience, most of the features beginning with the Nintendo 64 have been included, apart from the most recent ones. For those of you who may be new to the idea of video gaming, or to this game is particular, the story revolves around the character called Join Link, who passes through various stages and situations, in order to save the land of Hyrule, from the Gerudo King of Thieves, Ganondorf.

Also included as a special addition with the pack, is a double sided sleeve one side of which will have the artwork related to the game. The other side with the golden colored side made for this series. However, the pricing for the set isn’t known as yet, though the sale is to begin after 25th November, 2011. For previously introduced special edition consoles from Nintendo, the Gold & Diamond edition, and also the special Gold cartridge would be worth your read.
