Nurus Lodge socializing and relaxation unit for office employees
During the Salone del Mobile in Milan this year, design-oriented office furniture manufacturer Nurus presented the Lodge, an innovative seating, working, socializing and relaxation unit for office employees. Designed by Oguz Yalim and Ece Selamoglu Yalim, the Lodge represents an alternative to the conventional workstation, and offers a casual place to relax and meet colleagues. The Lodge can also be used in a reception area as lounge seating for visitors.
Offering a new space within a space, the Nurus Lodge comes fitted with electrical outlets, and the options include internet access, LCD screens, acoustic panels and chromatherapy. Lodge’s proposal is “to get high performance and satisfaction at work, it is deeply human need to direct their own lives, to learn and create new things.”
