Remember the world's smallest apartment that had hit the market for £43,000? Here is yet another tiny home that’s that is only 7ft wide (2m), but will set you back a cool £95,000 (about $153,490). The small Victorian property in Framlingham, Suffolk has only 308 sq ft inside. The house has an unusual “upside-down” layout with a kitchen and reception room on the first floor and bedroom and shower room on the ground floor. The property sits close to the center of the historic town of Framlingham and is only a short walk from the Market Square and shops.

Estate agent Julie Williams of Clarke and Simpson said, “It’s really for only one person. I wouldn’t like to share it.” At just 7ft wide, this is undeniably one of tiniest homes in Britain. The Check House was renovated eight years ago by Ashmill Developments and is part of the exclusive and select Maulden’s Mill development.
