Very close to the local airport, this shall take around 5 minutes to reach there, and the shopping center which takes around 2 minutes from the villa, the proximity to the properties of Roman Abramovich and David Rockefeller is exciting too. Due to the approximate seclusion of the island itself, the area has won acclaim as one of the prime spots for holidaying of these super-rich tycoons. However, to travel on the island, it’s recommended that one uses the local 4-wheel drive vehicles which are made for the island’s hilly terrain.

The interiors and exteriors: The villa is spread over a large area, where there is an exclusive bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, and the other area which houses the other 4 bedrooms of which 3 share common bath-rooms. All these rooms have been fitted with television sets, air-conditioning and also ceiling fans. The décor is rather minimalistic yet stylish, especially the wood work. The living rooms have been given sliding doors for outside view, and are connected with the dining area and kitchen. Hence, these other areas also enjoy the panoramic view outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment like stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and even a charcoal BBQ which can be taken outside during brunches.
