Retro gamers rejoice with the wooden Neo Geo MVS
Old school gamers are going to love this thing for sure. If you are retro gaming fan and love to play Neo Geo or have always wanted to, a company called Analogue Interactive has a treat for you. The firm has given the SNK's classic home console a custom, wooden makeover, and has christened it the Neo Geo Consolized MVS. The Consolized MVS (CMVS), made with 100 percent real walnut wood, shares the same form and functionality as of the SNK's original NeoGeo home console. The Consolized MVS has been sealed internally and externally with six layers of high quality lacquer.
It comes with working dust flaps over the cartridge opening, dual joystick ports and more. On the back are the component and composite inputs and a power switch. Other features include high quality video outputs, Unibios 3.0, new rechargeable battery, protective rubber feet and air vents.
The Neo Geo Consolized MVS, priced at $649, is compatible with any controller made for Neo Geo. Shipping starts next month.
