Royal Bling: A Swarovski-studded MINI Cooper for the big wedding
No matter how much equipment is shoehorned into a cabin, or how much power an engine offers, there is always room for more. Earlier, we have seen some of the most incredible bling-bling vehicles and gold plated cars in the gold rush of luxury. While the Swarovski-studded Mini Cooper S by designer Marco Mehn was more a work of art than a car, the Royal MINI Cooper by Bling My Thing is something that will make every bling lover go mum. In celebration of the Royal Wedding Berlin-based company has teamed up with Swarovski to festoon a Mini Cooper with more than 300,000 Swarovski touches applied by hand.
The Royal MINI Cooper encrusted with Swarovski Elements was presented by a Royal look-alike couple on Saturday at Westfield, London. The blinged MINI flaunts SwanFlower patterns on the body, consisting of different sized crystals that are as small as 1.8mm. The entire roof is covered with thousands of crystals, which are aligned in perfection to create the most striking Union Jack design.
