There are the most expensive homes which only few superrich can afford, then there are futuristic homes like the UFO house, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The retro-futuristic pod house in Wisconsin, better known as the “Futuro House” designed by a Finnish architect in 1968, was earlier on the market for grabs, but eventually has been turned into a holiday accommodation, and is now available for rent, for $425, a week. The house features a retractable stairway as a single entry point, which pops out at the touch of a button, from the belly of this Flying saucer home, while the conventional features in its 3 level architecture include, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. The deal also boasts two boats for paddling in a nearby lake to make it a perfect geeky romantic getaway along with the trees, the birds, the clouds, the sun, with an extraterrestrial landing.
