Valrhona creates luxury vintage chocolates for the festive season

The chocolate is created by Chef Fritz Knipschildt who is a renowned chocolatier and has produced some mouth watering dishes from it. The Chef uses Valrhona cocoa in most of his recipes and Fritz Knipschildt’s Chocopolagie also contains 70 percent Valrhona cocoa powder rolled over French Black truffle. This Chocopolagie costs $250 per piece i.e.$2,600 per 450 grams. This chocolate is also known to be one of the world’s tastiest chocolates and the credit goes to the Valrhona cocoa that has been used in a large amount to prepare it.
