Veuve Clicquot unveils a gesture of pleasure and taste
The French champagne house, Veuve Cliquot might have won the hearts through their fizzy offerings, but the 200-year-old company also shares its love for outstanding design and aesthetics. In their latest launch for the Salone 2010, Veuve Clicquot has unveiled two new creations as a gesture of pleasure and taste.

The first creation dubbed as "The Tasting Gloriette" was done in collaboration with the Campana Brothers that features a playful twisted nest-like creation made using coiled thin metal on a bent wood base to hang the champagne bucket in exclusivity of its own. And the second masterpiece dubbed as "Once upon a Dream" was created by Mathieu Lehanneur. Designed to look like a retro futuristic bed, Once upon a Dream is more of a luxury sleep experience created to help you get the best possible resting experience, possibly for jetlag recovery. Equipped with special lighting, white noise balancing, ideal temperatures and curtains to create that womb-like effect, this creation also features a wall hanging shaped bed switch to make you feel in nature’s lap. Both of these creations will be installed in the Veuve Clicquot Hotel du Marc due to open in spring next year.
