Head Chef Marc Guibert at Lindeth Howe Country House Hotel in Windermere has created the world’s most expensive dessert ever made so far. Made in a Faberge Easter egg style, this dessert is actually a chocolate pudding that is laced with gold leaves, champagne caviar and topped with two karat diamond.


The pudding is layered with biscuit joconde and champagne jelly. It has a taste of dark chocolate and is finished with edible gold. The dessert is specially created with four different types of the finest Belgian chocolate clubbed with the tinge of orange, whiskey and peach. It is not just delight to eat but is also a treat to the eyes as it looks too tempting to resist. The dessert is launched at the occasion of National Chocolate Week and is priced at whopping $34,370.14.
