The shoes were auctioned in LA at the Montalban Theatre and the rapper, being shoes collector, instantly bid for these futuristic shoes. The shoes have glowing LEDs and an electroluminescent “Nike” in the strap. These LED and electroluminescent logo will glow for five hours in one charge. The proceeds from the shoes sale will go to Michael J. Fox Foundation to help victims of Parkinson’s disease.
