Martha’s Vineyard, the 58th largest island in the United States is known for being an exclusive and affluent summer colony that develops a fever in the hearts of its visitors from which they never recover, and they keep on spending vacations on this island; all seasons, rain or shine, year after year. This is the reason; Martha’s Vineyard has not only been host to world-wide elites, but also to the current President of the U.S. Barack Obama and his family for not just once, but thrice. Now, all the elites, avid-vacationers, and uber-rich owners of private vineyards stand a lifetime chance to own 266-acre compound of gorgeous Martha’s Vineyard, which has recently been listed for staggering $92 million; the highest price ever asked on Martha’s Vineyard, making it the new most expensive listing north of the New York City. Earlier last year, two of the sought-after properties of Martha’s Vineyard went on sale, which includes the historic Edgartown estate built in 1924 for $7.5 million and the President Obama’s Martha’s Vineyard vacation rental.
