The most expensive pet wedding in history costed $250,000
Some says it’s so cute, while others say it’s too weird. We are here talking about the world’s most expensive pet wedding in history that actually went off without any snag this Thursday. Two cute dogs tied the wedding knot at the ultra-lavish NYC charity extravaganza to benefit the Humane Society of New York, where the cuddly couple was also presented with a Guinness World Record in the category of the most expensive pet wedding at $158,187.26. This is however not new when wealthy pet owners happily shell out hefty amounts for their loved dogs. We have earlier seen some of the world’s best custom built luxury doghouses and the luxury pets that have enjoyed luxuries worth of $154,710, besides the world’s most expensive dog for which its owner splashed out whopping $1.6 million.
Baby Hope Diamond, a small sized Coton de Tulear, took a tie-dyed dapper dude named Chily Pasternak’s paw in holy matrimony at lavish gala held in the New York’s renowned Jumeirah Essex House.
And, Baby Hope Diamond’s owner Wendy Diamond, who happily threw the over-the-top $250,000 puptials to raise awareness and money for the New York’s Humane Society was too excited for the ceremony. For her, “It was perfect, and these dogs are so sweet. It’s a perfect match.”
Baby hope Diamond was dressed in canine couture gown, while her poodle groom, Chilly Pasternak from Richmond wasn’t excited about this extravagant affair as such, but went along with the marriage ceremony happily.
Further, animal-loving vendors donated their services to the historic four-legged fundraising event, while the Floralia Decorators draped the Essex House’s Grand Salon in almost $30,000 worth of fuschia orchids and James Chung rolled sushi worth of some $5,000. And, the guests also booked tickets for this lavish fundraiser.
Since the guests at the ceremony came from more than one species, so Ellen DeGeneres co-owned company also provided a pet food buffet as well.
