Fender creates limited edition Guitar for Love Ride 28 event
After creating limited edition masterpieces like the Damien Hirst and Kurt Cobain Jaguar guitars, Fender has created a special Telecaster version of the instrument for the Love 28 event to be held on October 23, 2011. The California based event will be associated with the philanthropic cause of fighting autism, which has seen quite a few cases in recent times, and thus will make this occasion the world’s largest bike event for such a charitable cause. One of the main attractions, however, will be the custom made one-off guitar from Fender. It will have the autographs of some of the celebrities, who will be attending the gigantic bike show.
This special edition Fender guitar will feature a unique design, and the Love 28 event logo on the front portion. Custom built as a special unit at the Corona based factory, the Telecaster style instrument has been constructed with great care by selecting the finest of fabrics, and detailed craftsmanship that have been traditional highlights of Fender products. Looking at the aesthetic part of it, one can’t perhaps miss the font and color scheme, which come through rather vibrantly, and have highlighted the essence of the biking based charity event in the true spirit.
The show will also have in attendance Mingle Jay Leno, Peter Fonda, Robert Patrick, and Lorenzo Lamas who are known celebrity bikers. The Montgomery Gentry will also be present to enthrall the audience with music, and riding style like they have done many times at the past editions of the event. And the foodies are supposedly lucky as well, because gourmet cuisine is on offer. Till the auction takes place, we will be waiting with baited breath to see who gets his hands on this limited edition guitar.
