The quasi Mediterranean-styled first house of Hilary Duff has been listed with Hilton & Hyland for a cool $7 million. The American actress, songwriter, singer and entrepreneur got herself a new crib in Beverly Hills and, in October 2010, put up the gated and secured property for sale. She had picked it up in 2004 for $3.5 million.
Location: The house is located almost along Toluca Lake in California.
