Howard Stern bought three apartments in the Millenium Tower building in January 2008. The new apartments are located just below his 4,025 square-feet penthouse situated in the same building. Reportedly, Stern paid a little over $15 million for his new property acquisitions. The radio host wishes to merge all his existing properties into one single massive penthouse and has received approval from the building’s board to carry out the extensive reconstruction process. Stern bought his old penthouse in the year 1998 after shelling out $5.75 million.
Location: Stern’s gigantic property is situated in the Millenium Tower building in the posh West 67th Street neighborhood of New York City and offers spectacular views of the New York City skyline alongside the Potomac River.
Accommodation: Howard’s three new apartments offer a total living space of approximately 4,200 square feet. Incidentally, his old penthouse situated on the 54th floor consists of two separate flats, one measured at 3140 square-feet and the smaller one being a 1000 square-feet unit. The three new apartments located on the 53rd floor offer carpet spaces of 1,535 square-feet, 1,011 square-feet and 1,480 square feet respectively making for a total combined area of 4,027 square-feet. The three new units consist of a total of eight rooms and have been equipped with three bedrooms, library, kitchen, a small office room and four bathrooms. Stern has also acquired enough space in the basement parking lot to accommodate three cars at a time.
Features: All the five units have been equipped with a powerful centralized air conditioner. One bedroom features a sophisticated home theater system and the kitchen has been fitted with expensive electronic appliances. Two of the bathrooms have been equipped with Jacuzzis. The indoor bar is well stocked with expensive drinks.
Neighborhood: American talk show host Regis Philbin resides in the same building.

Howard Stern entered into matrimonial bliss with his companion of seven years, American actress Beth Ostrosky on 3rd October 2008 at a ceremony held in Manhattan, New York City. This is Howard's second marriage as he had separated from his first wife after 20 years of togetherness. The couple first met at a mutual friend's party in 2000 almost a year after Stern’s marriage broke up. Stern had reportedly vowed never to get married again. However Howard took everyone by surprise when he proposed to his sweetheart on Valentine's Day 2007 which Beth gladly accepted. The Stern wedding was a grand star studded affair featuring Hollywood celebrities like Billy Joel, Trumps, Chevy Chase and Jimmy Kimmel. The beautiful bride wore a Georgina Chapman designer wedding gown with a deep neckline and a bare mid-section. The ceremony was performed by family friend Mark Consuelos. The couple exchanged their designer wedding rings with their hand-written vows while Howard had a tattoo of the letter 'B' engraved on his ring finger. The florist created a fairytale atmosphere by decorating the room with thousands of white orchids and candles encased in small lanterns. The lavish wedding spread included exotic Italian cuisine and the festivities continued throughout the night.

Miami Vacation
Howard Stern went to the exotic beach resort of Miami on a week-long vacation on April 2007. Stern's then fiancé, model Beth Ostrosky tagged along with him to enjoy a well deserved break. The couple greatly enjoyed their romantic holiday and was photographed sharing a passionate kiss by the beach side. Stern also utilized his time off to get a sun tan and appeared to be in a playful mood while taking dips in his hotel swimming pool with Beth.
