induc table
The InducTable is a futuristic dining table concept that features built-in sensors and a temperature-sensitive table surface. The hi-tech table consists of a supporting metal frame with induction technique, and coated with thermochromic glass-ceramic to serve as a cooking table with an integrated grill, which when not in use can wirelessly power a lamp, to transform into a workstation. Even rechargeable batteries can be recharged using this technique. The InducTable detects the location of an object through sensors, and the objects can be adjusted using a touchscreen remote control. This hi-tech transforming table is one of the entries for the 2010 James Dyson Award.
